“What is your center?”
- Santa Claus to Jack Frost
(Rise of the Guardians)
You’ve been living like 20, 25, 30 years…Have you ever, in one moment in your life after all these years, asked yourself of this question? Such a very common question that you might have encounter in your everyday chat, a book that you’ve been reading or someone else’s tweet or status; but have you ever pay attention to the essence of this question?
Our society today is a very busy society. We are often caught up in the flurry of day-to-day activities. And because it gets the most of our time, because it drains us physically and mentally, we thought that we are ok. That as long as we are doing something, we are ok. But the question is, is “ok” enough? Is “ok” happiness for us? Is “ok” what we like to do? Is “ok” leading us somewhere?
A piece of advice, if you haven’t asked yourself of this question; stop for a moment. Stop with your day-to-day busy routine and reflect on this question. Know your center. Know what’s the best inside of you and let it out! Practice it and share it.
Know your center and live it. By doing so, you’ll live a happy, contented life with direction. Life is too short to waste it so use it wisely. It’s never too late.
KNOW YOUR CENTER - act on it now!
